Twelve years ago, Diego was presented with a challenge: an unfurnished property in poor condition that most would have walked away from. He spent days transforming it — giving it a second life and a first tenant. That project defined our DNA.

What started as one managed property grew into a diverse operation helping thousands of students, professionals, and travellers find their feet in one of the world's most expensive cities.

Today, London Flats DFM manages a curated portfolio across North and East London, with a 100% in-house team — maintenance, cleaning, and 24/7 support — all under one roof.
